See training as a part of long-term approach to change (which truly is what it is) and not a quick fix.

It’s better that individual attend three days relevant training at a time, practice what they have learned for several weeks before attending another session rather than everyone in an organisation being rushed through few seminars and send back into an unchanged work environment.
