Every organisation experiencing positive change also faces many problems along the way. The secret is to have all teams’ of the organisation ready, willing and able to participate in problem solving on a daily basis.
You see… It’s neither fashionable nor professional when leaders try to solve all problems and make all decisions regarding their organisation. What you get doing that is, you create a sort of gridlock that makes your teams’ watch you stumble. When in fact they have residing in them the answers to the problem.
