#SOG 3: Set Priorities for Use of Time

Let’s Strip it Bare here!

Do you think by doing excessively long work day that rarely provide any time for relaxation and other outside activities is the best way to run /drive your workforce/Teams’?

Do you see Unwritten Policy you have set for your Team? … Unwritten Policy of sycophancy- Yes, because they know or think, without working round the clock they cannot get ahead within the organisation.

Can you see that you have successfully bred stressed, tired and less productive workforce?

You see, we cannot drive people to the point where they are chocked and practically have no life. We can’t drive people to the point of BURNOUT and think we can replace them and then continue the cycle again.
You’d be sure of experiencing High turnover. Again, You’d think these employees are dispensable, after all, the job market has countless ready to work talents available who you can offer higher salary and then drive life out off.

Now …LISTEN! There is a point money becomes “DeMotivator” to people. However, before you realize as a business owner that Money isn’t everything to everyone. You are 99.5% likely to have lost the most competent/committed people you once had.

BOTTOMLINE: Establish and maintain a healthy Work life Balance Culture in your Business. TIMELESS Businesses Understand this!
