You want to ask yourself if while you are offering counsel and advise to that colleague(s); business partner(s); client(s) are you trying to play THE CHIEF STRATEGIST’s role in their lives/ decisions?
It’s important that you check and balance that, so that you don’t end up complicating matters for them.
When you give counsel ensure to be in sync and alignment with THE CHIEF STRATEGIST.
If you cannot deliver absolutely to them advise in line with TIMELESS PRINCIPLES and sync with THE CHIEF STRATEGIST real time position/ stands on the case/decision in question. Please DON’T confuse them further.
Their careers are important, so are their businesses and neither emotional or sentimental based advice will cut it.
It’s that serious, treat it as such!
