You ask; should you incorporate or not incorporate, more like is it, illegal to incorporate?
In answering this question it is important to know clearly your reason for wanting to incorporate.
You see: Your reasons have got to be genuine and align to THE CHIEF STRATEGIST’s TIMELESS PRINCIPLES.
Incorporation is legal and legitimate when this is use to serve as a corporate haven to avoid personal liability for business losses. However, to incorporate and use it as corporate haven/shield to defraud others is ABSOLUTELY illegal.

Now that we can see that incorporation can rightly be used as a tool to limit personal liability in business losses or wrongly used to defraud others. You are now in better position to ask yourself this honest question:
Why did I incorporate /why am I incorporating this business?
