The PARTNERSHIP Question!

#SucceedingWithoutBleedingSeries #WorkplaceSurvival #BusinessAndYou

When you have clearly answered the incorporation question, the next big issue is to determine whether to go into partnership or not.

In determining this, it is important that you give deep and thorough thought to this. Just as in marriage, your choice of spouse determines how far you’d go. It follows that consideration for partnership choice must be on the basis of equal and balanced purpose, vision and values.

You see: If you are committed to TIMELESS Way of thinking and getting things done and you team with another who has no regard for THE CHIEF STRATEGIST and no commitment to TIMELESS PRINCIPLES, then you are heading for a huge disaster. Pause for a moment and ponder on that in the context of marriage.
Right, now snap back and sync it to business partnership. YES, you got it!
If you and your potential business partner(s) ain’t in agreement in P2V- Purpose, Vision and Values, the partnership will be characterized with various shades of conflicts in decision making; preferences and lot of unproductivity which defeats the essence of synergy.

Checking in with THE CHIEF STRATEGIST during 2 Corinthians 6:14 Board of Directors meeting, HE states clearly the basis for partnership:
” Don’t become partners with those who reject God. How can you make a partnership out of right and wrong? That’s not partnership; that’s war. Is light best friends with dark? ”

Think deeply about IT…
