When we and others can see that in ourselves, then we can be a role model and an example of TIMELESS professionals and business owners to others without a word.
So, when next the “brown envelops” are flying around- you shouldn’t be found there. You should neither offer it or receive it. JUST do your job with utmost excellence without expecting anything in return.
When next you offering a discount on your products and services, ensure that you are truly offering the people discount. After all, only the business owner knows if truly that discount / clearance sales is truly is!
When next you are delivering your service as a professional, you do it right without making the customers feel you doing them a favour.
When next you dealing with your players and stakeholders, treat them fairly and not exploit them.
Deal fairly with everyone and DO IT RIGHT!
