Straight on, you interviewed your friend’s child and recruited him on the spot.
How fair was that to others who have been interviewed for the job?
Well, you’d say: ” I didn’t violate any laws, lied to no one after all I did not and haven’t promised the job to anyone”
I SEE: Now ask yourself: “What’s my IQ – Integrity Quotient?”
Yes, you neither violated the law but you did alter the normal recruiting process; didn’t check work-related reference and allowed sentiment be cloud your judgement.
