The demographic makeup of your business, location, target market is changing/ have changed but you are unwilling to change your policy.
The customers are struggling to derive value from your service or product offerings and that bothers you not.
Now the business /outlet you are in charge had to be closed down with many employees out of work.

“They should understand that the products we have, those are our legacy products. How can we change the product we have since 1804 that as met needs from generation-generation ” you’d say.

I See: NOW ask yourself: “What’s my IQ – Integrity Quotient?”

Being sensitive to and change of the customers’ needs requires change in strategy WITHOUT compromising TIMELESS PRINCIPLES.

Again: I ask you: What’s your IQ – Integrity Quotient?
