The CHIEF STRATEGIST is not against making profit. Profit is the reward of a well-run business; it is normal and honorable.

The CHIEF STRATEGIST doing Luke 19:13 strategic session, talked about business and returns:

“…Before he left, he called together ten of his servants and divided among them ten pounds of silver, saying, ‘Invest this for me while I am gone.”

But you cannot maximize profit by under paying your teams/ workforce. So, it is important that you work with your team to maximize profit but not at the expense of TIMELESS PRINICPLES.

You’d thought profit sharing is an innovation or concept of some generation. NO, it a concept from TIMELESS PRINCIPLES- GOD’s WORD!

Again, if you are concern about Employee/Staff Union within your organisation and the huge power they wield. Engage #TIMELESS PRINCIPLES in your dealings with them and you will find there will be no need for such union forming:

Sow Good Seeds- Treat your Teams’/ Employees right without partiality; establish an atmosphere of care and responsibility. And what you WILL get is a renewed Sense of Work Ethics from your Teams/ Employees.
