What will you say the current level of morale is? Are leaders motivated, encouraged, energised, and committed to the mission? Is the morale of Teams’/ followers different from that of leaders? Why is that? THAT’S MORALE
How do people know when they have performed well? Is acceptable and ideal performance recognised? How is it recognised? Any formal or informal method of rewarding people? If so, how consistent is it?
